We expect good but moderate drive from this litter. Both
Tarzan and Cayuse are a little handler sensitive, have great ball & retrieve
drive and are nice, social dogs. They also compliment each other well in
the "looks" department - if the pups take the best from both parents they should
have nice heads, square bodies and moderate size. Of course, we shall see
what actually happens!
This is a repeat breeding - those pups will turn two in
August.
Reports from all owners have been good. It was a pretty consistent litter
with nice breed type & what I would consider moderate drives.
Tarzan's first litter has done well. The pups just turned two and
half the litter is titled in various sports - French Ring, Herding and Agility.
This is an outcross breeding, with no common ancestors in the
first 5 generations. While that does give you more genetic variety, it
also makes the results a bit harder to guess - not that they are ever easy!
The last litter was nicely consistent, and we are hoping for the same this time.
