If you are interested in adopting one of these dogs,
please contact us (contact information is at the bottom of the page). All
dogs are spayed/neutered and current on shots before placement.
We also
prefer to have them micro-chipped.
Rescue donation depends on the actual
costs of caring for the dog.
We currently have no dogs available.
Until recently, we did all our Rat Terrier Rescue work with the support of Seattle
Purebred Dog Rescue, a non-profit organization. We are no longer the SPDR rep for Rat Terriers.
We are doing all rescue work independently (wholly with our own
funds).
Donations are always appreciated by any Rescue group and if
the rescue group is correctly registered with the IRS, they are tax deductible.
If you are looking for a good, registered rescue organization to donate to, we recommend you donate to SPDR. Donatations can
be mailed to Seattle Purebred Dog Rescue.
If you wish to support a particular breed, include a note to that effect, and
the breed name in the memo section of your check. SPDR maintains separate accounts
for each breed, as well as their general fund, and when the breed has a rep,
those funds are available to them for Rescue expenses.
I always appreciate help, but we are not a registered Rescue organization.
